Per Sponholtz, COO
Per is responsible for the company’s market analyses, marketing and sales. At the same time, Per acts as an advisor to our customers throughout the entire project process. With his many years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, branding and internationalisation, he ensures that all projects are well-coordinated and carried out with the highest standards of customer service.
Carsten Bendtsen, R&D Engineer
Carsten has been a central part of Qutron for 18 years and has contributed to the development of most of our successful products. He has cross-disciplinary experience and specialised skills in the intersection between hardware development and programming. His ability to navigate through complex data sheets and descriptions ensures that we always deliver technical precision and high quality.
Lone Bendtsen, Office manager
Lone has kept our office running smoothly since the establishment of Qutron. She is a versatile employee who does not hesitate to step in if help is needed with the development and assembly of prototypes. Lone brings both organisational overview and practical skills, making her an invaluable and unifying part of the team.
Robert Zokowski, Handyman
Robert is our versatile problem solver and 3D printing expert. Whatever challenges we face in a project, Robert finds creative solutions, often by developing and building special tools or designing and 3D printing customised components.
Jakob Langkilde Madsen, Software Engineer
Jakob is our strong software developer, ensuring that all our electronic solutions are supported by robust firmware and accurate documentation. His technical overview and collaborative skills make him a key player in the development of complex projects.
Laura Schou Petersen, Production Engineer
Laura is a dedicated project manager who ensures that all our projects run smoothly from the development phase to production maturity. Her ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and keep the team on target makes her an important part of our final product.
Keld, Board Chairman
Keld is the company’s new Board Chairman and brings 33 years of solid management experience from both national and international service and manufacturing companies. He is dedicated to fostering a board culture and working climate that motivates all members to contribute constructively and critically, without hindering the company’s progress.
Keld’s ambition is to work closely with the executive management to ensure continuous development at Qutron while balancing innovation and results. His primary focus areas include development, people development, sustainability and mandating measurable results.

Jan is a member of the board and has extensive experience in opening doors and establishing long-term relationships both in export markets and in Denmark. Throughout his career, he has built a unique and valuable network that has given him in-depth knowledge and versatile experience that enables him to navigate and operate effectively at all organisational levels.
Jan is a reliable partner who builds trust through his diligence, dedication and persistence. He is fluent in written and spoken Danish, English and German, which strengthens his communication and collaboration skills in international contexts.
