To help in this endeavour, Volvo has reached out to Qutron with the aim of harnessing the creative possibilities and yield benefits it brings to production.
Scania
Qutron is usually consulted to help find faults in electronic components. Or in the event that the customers are stuck on a task, Qutron is used as a sparring partner and problem solver.
BMW
Qutron is used as an idea sparring partner in the development of electric vehicles and redesign of existing products and components. It is Qutron’s neutral and completely independent role as an advisor that provides a unique and developing collaboration where both parties get a rewarding and innovative result.
COOP
Consultancy, development and control of energy saving initiatives.
Coop has an overall goal of saving 20 per cent on energy by 2020. With Qutron’s involvement, COOP is well on its way to achieving this goal.
Qutron has contributed with advice and control of suppliers. Qutron has also developed production-ready drivers that can control LEDs without the use of transformers.
At the same time, Qutron’s technology helps COOP meet the global climate goals of reducing CO2 emissions and pollution in general.
In addition, the individual energy-saving measures give COOP some financial benefits when consumption is reduced.
